Liderazgos y estrategias para la construcción del capital social en las organizaciones sociales desde la perspectiva empresarial
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to identify the profile of civil society organizations that the private sector currently seeks to relate to, in addition to analyzing the strategies implemented and the organizational leadership that guarantee their sustainability and the strengthening of the social fabric over time, even more so, with situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The research work uses the Delphi method, from a mixed approach and exploratory-descriptive scope, to identify dimensions for the study among private sector experts with structured interviews and an opinion survey of experts from different companies in the country that integrate social responsibility strategies and alliances for sustainable development. Among the main results, a profile of CSOs with openness to make the management of their social programs transparent to their stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in social work, is perceived. In addition, the private sector considers the benefits they receive from working together with CSOs to be important, such as the experience with which they manage the area, the good practices of social approach and being able to know the social realities from a supportive point of view.
