Lifting habitat conditions within the Ecovillage context of the Bellavista Island commune of the Gulf of Guayaquil
Abstract:
The objective of this paper was the development of the baseline that allows developing a set of strategic management actions for sustainable local development in the future; through the collection of social, energy, environmental and economic information in the commune of Bellavista Island located in the Gulf of Guayaquil, with a populated area of around 10 000m ^ 2, this commune has 29 houses with around 136 people, has several disadvantages, one of them is that it is far from the continent so it does not enjoy the basic services that are in the city, such as drinking water supply, electricity, sewerage, health service, education establishment, municipal collection of solid waste and other services that in the urban area are common.
