Abstract:

This paper aims to propose guidelines in terms of logistics management to optimize the logistics process of the DIAF, especially in the supply chain and aviation spare parts, in order to contribute to improving the production process in Ecuador. These guidelines allow the integration of the supply chain for the provision of parts and aircraft parts, as well as analyze the Ecuadorian legislation and import regimes in which materials entering the country and materials that are exported for repair are framed.
