Abstract:

The Application of the principle of orality without the existence of techniques, has not been as successful as it was expected within the change of the inquisitorial system towards the oral accusatory system; thus this project contains the legal basis for the aggregation of rules to guarantee the fulfilment of the constitutional principles to the right to defense , contradiction, legal safety and effective judicial protection.
