Los factores de riesgo psicosocial y el desempeño laboral en los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y de la Educación en la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi

Abstract:

The research work carried out, has as main objective to analyze the influence of psychosocial risk factors in teachers of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, where we intend to identify, assess, correct the identified risk factors in order to protect the physical, psychology and social health in university teachers improving the quality of life at work and organizational efficiency. To develop this research, the study area was first delimited by identifying the needs for the proposed topic, then using a quantitative approach, we established a methodology validated by the Ministry of Labor, applying the psychosocial risk assessment questionnaire to identify work performance with a sample of 79 university professors of the career. The database "psychosocial assessment questionnaire in work spaces" was analyzed by a correlation of directly proportional (positive) variables with a coefficient of 0.445 in the Spearman Rho statistic.
