Los proyectos sociales del MAGAP y el desarrollo económico de las familias del sector rural en la parroquia de Santa Rosa perteneciente a la provincia de Tungurahua en el año 2016
Abstract:
The present research project aims to describe the importance and benefit of state support to small and medium producers through their different programs and projects, to determine if MAGAP through the Provincial Agricultural Directorate of Tungurahua complies with the reactivation of the agro based on the incidence of other governmental and non-governmental institutions present in the area of intervention of this research project. The state collaboration is overshadowed by the presence of organizations or companies that grant different types of aid in order to attract a vulnerable population in order to "sell" agricultural inputs at a lower cost which does not generate sustainability and sustainability in due time which is a mercantilist process, while the governmental aspect is working on training, technical assistance, and input subsidies for the purpose of generating welfare and economic family development The Magap as a governmental institution aims to promote the reactivation of agriculture, through the optimization of technical assistance and extension processes, complementing with the provision of innovative technology, infrastructure and state-of-the-art technological equipment in order to improve traditional productive capacities of the small and medium producers of the agricultural sector, aiming that the beneficiary population improves their quality of life. In addition, it seeks to develop processes of technological innovation that allow to improve productive yields; implement a system of technical assistance and participatory rural extension that develops productive agricultural capacities and the social fabric of small and medium producers. Also, providing infrastructure and productive equipment to improve the systemic competitiveness of producers; as well as to strengthen rural production and peasant family farming, small and medium producers, as well as to recover integral systems or internal chains; that is to say, the relationship between agricultural production and livestock focused on associative marketing. The main objective of this research project is to relate social projects to economic development, in other words whether social projects have served to improve the quality of life of beneficiaries such as education, health, housing, etc.
