Low cost automation issues

Abstract:

Low Cost Automation is a general approach allowing a very convenient way to introduce the control and automation in a large number of application fields. In this paper a review of the components of the automation process and the way they can be handled under a low cost point of view is presented. The increasing relevance of this approach in a variety of applications is also pointed out.
