Lymphoma intestinal hodgkin as a cause of intestinal obstruction
Abstract:
Primary intestinal lymphomas represent a rare entity of neoplasia, due to its low frequency of presentation, the diagnosis of the Hodgking variant is even more unusual. Clinically two groups and several subtypes are distinguished, and although typical signs and symptoms have been standardized for each cyto-histological presentation, in practice it is very difficult to suspect, given their low incidence. We present a case of intestinal Hodgkin lymphoma type lymphocytic depletion reticular form at the level of the distal segment of the il-eum that completely occluded the intestinal lu-men, and a Ileal diverticulum proximal to the previous finding.
