MEDICIÓN DE RESULTADOS ECONÓMICOS EN EL SECTOR BANANERO EN LA PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS, ECUADOR

Abstract:

In the present investigation the economic factors of the Ecuadorian banana sector were evaluated; with the objective of knowing the problem that arises in several aspects: the use of local resources, the management of working capital, the responsible marketing managed by companies in the banana sector, innovation, local communication and the economy that they generate the same; The methodology used in this research has a quantitative approach, the scope of which is descriptive and explanatory, given that the causes of the phenomenon are identified. The research modality is bibliographic and field, through the first one theories are theoretically based, while the second one supports the survey, whose items were addressed to 110 administrators or managers of banana companies located in the coastal part of Ecuador. The value of 0.932 of the Conbrach Alpha confirms the reliability; the analysis of the index of Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett, according to the decision rule for its result of 0.840 its factor level is high. In the results it was obtained that the factor of the local resources is the most influential in the measurement of the economic results generating investments.
