MIMO detection schemes with interference and noise estimation enhancement

Abstract:

Different detection schemes for multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) systems are investigated. By enhancing the interference and noise estimation, we propose a novel MIMO receiver strategy, which is shown to achieve superior performance with moderate increase in computational complexity compared to conventional MIMO detection schemes. © 2011 IEEE.
