Abstract:

Background Currently neoadjuvant treatment is considered a primary indication in breast cancer, including operable, primarily non-operable and inflammatory breast cancer. The main objective of neoadjuvant treatment is tumor reduction which may allow breast-conserving surgery, or improve surgical cosmetic outcomes.
