Magnetic, transport, X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer measurements on CuFeSe<inf>2</inf>

Abstract:

In the family of the semimagnetic semiconductors of chalcopyrite type (CuFeS2), eskebornite CuFeSe2 presents an unexpected behavior in which the metallic character, a different crystallographic structure and a magnetically ordered phase below TN=70 K are its principal features. © 1992.
