Management based process as a determining factor in the strategic alignment at the University of Guayaquil

Abstract:

Strategic alignment is a challenge in Higher Education Institutions. The absence of a management based process approached is considered as one of the main barriers to its application. This work aims to demonstrate the relevance of this approach in the alignment of the research management process with institutional strategies at the University of Guayaquil. As a result, the main achievements and future research are also shown.
