Abstract:

The management of the fiscal policy is focused on the generation of income that allows to establish the attention of needs of the society, from this perspective the evolution of the tax system in the country is framed in the systematization of processes, the same one that allows to alienate the resources To generate an effective tax collection, so that at the same time a sustainable tax culture is fomented and that this one is framed in the efficiency of the tax control as transversal axis of the fulfillment of the state objectives.
