Management of the professional improvement of the university directors. Social need of a model

Abstract:

The role of negotiation in order to improve the level of the principal staff in higher education is the main objective of this research. This work was carried out through a scientific and technologic point of view based on a creative model which develop a formative process at Manuel Félix López” polytechical school in Ecuador. A diagnosis revealed the necessity of implementing a model according to the real needs in higher education.
