Management professionals and their axiological training in today’s environment


Abstract:

The education in values of the new generations of professionals constitutes an imperative in the face of the dilemmas imposed by the current world. The present research aims to present some theoretical considerations on the axiological training of the administration professional in the university context. For administration professionals, training in values, promoted from their stages as university students, becomes a powerful tool that will enable them to demonstrate competence in their performance and a civic performance worthy of the highest moral values. Several theoretical level methods were used, among which are analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. The information was collected through the use of the Google search engine, selecting the articles that had the keywords in any field: Values, training, performance, professionals. As a result, the values in the teaching-learning process in Higher Education Institutes have not been sufficient to create conditions that enable a highly stimulating setting for learning. It is concluded that the axiological training of the administration professional implies the commitment of the Institution, the teachers and the entire educational community, as well as the active role of the student as the subject of their own training.
