Management skills in managing finances for Small and Medium Business

Abstract:

The objective of the work was to be able to characterize the managerial skills that the Manager of an SME must manage to manage the finances of this type of company. The method was exploratory and qualitative. A documentary research was conducted using as specialized Databases Google Scholar and Scopus and allowed to analyze 26 directly related to the Management Models for SMEs, 129 references in Scopus that addressed, from different points of view the problem SMEs at international level and 23 more references related to the analysis of the situation of SMEs in Latin America. The work evidenced and allowed to compile a set of important references that allow formulating possible lines of investigation and the difficulties in extrapolating the results between different countries.
