Análisis de la responsabilidad social empresarial en el desempeño organizacional de las empresas manufactureras de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

The present work wishes to analyze the incidence of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Organizational Performance of plastic manufacturing companies in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil, the research is carried out in a quantitative, non-experimental, correlational manner; Secondary information was also obtained from the database of the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance. On the other hand, descriptive statistics were used to calculate the sample of companies from 130 companies that changed during the investigation to 117. Among the most important findings with the structural model in the AMOS program were the results that (a) There is a relationship with the standardized regression of all relationships have a p-value less than 0.01, which shows that all coefficients of the seven dimensions of servant leadership and the effect on organizational performance are significant, (b) The effect established in the study hypothesis on the positive effect of servant leadership on the organizational performance of companies was verified by means of the model with structural equations of the plastic sector in the city of Guayaquil, it was possible to arrive at the fact that there is a positive relationship of (0.32) with the proposed model, complying with what is established in H1 proposed with a confidence range of 99%, the positive incidence of CSR in organizational performance.
