Manova Biplot for two way multivariate general linear models

Abstract:

The Manova-Biplot for the Multivariate General Linear Model is generalized for two way Manova, and four Biplot representations are proposed: Total Biplot, Interaction Biplot, and Row and Column Biplots. These Biplots allow group separation, the study of the influence of variables, interaction effects, weight of variables in the interaction, row and column effects, and the corresponding contrasts. The results are presented as dispersion diagrams with group and vector markers for the different variables. Confidence regions are calculated and measures of quality of representation are proposed.
