Abstract:

In the present work titled: Manual of corporate image for the company Lunyxtec CIA. Ltda., develops a corporate instrument of institutional image of this company, which is known for being dynamic and generating technological solutions in the area of electronic security, telecommunications and renewable energy; that they are committed to innovation, quality and efficiency assuming stable relationships with clients in time offering technical and human support adapted to their needs, while respecting the laws, and the principles of good faith. For removal of information surveys were developed for staff to know the internal situation of the company and primarily on the image graph lunyxtec. Thus same and following the development of the research of the existing problems in this company and main theme of this investigative work could be concluded that the company Lunyxtec Cia. Ltda. they do not have a corporate image that reflects the unity, coherence and the sense of belonging that have as institution, therefore considered essential to conduct an investigation where it was established tangible solutions, where were analyze, study and propose a corporate image manual.
