The thesis presents an analysis of grounding that take place in the Regional Electricity Company CSSA, regulations and standards, emphasizing the materials used according to specifications and standards manuals grounded either national or international. Focuses its analysis in power systems, low voltage and distribution substations. Shows the types of connections and maintenance of resistance to the respective field of each floor.
