Abstract:

Euro Expansión S.A., It is a company dedicated to the maintenance of machineries for the industry which has recovered his administrative functions without any corrective control, simply to criterion of each one of his employees. For the development of the project there were used diverse bibliographical sources related to the internal control. With the aim to improve and optimize the processes of the administrative area, it has been considered to design a manual of internal control being his principal purpose to facilitate to the area the reinforcement of his activities and habitual processes. There was realized an evaluation of the different failings found in the entity, they were elaborated you poll the employees of the company. In addition it was reached elaborating the manuals of functions and procedure for the employees of every area, object of study that will allow to optimize the internal control in the company.
