Abstract:

The study describes in a relevant way the analysis of the administrative management through the application of methods, in which it refers to verify the activities carried out by each one of the collaborators within the management of the company TEDICAIN SA, dedicated to provide service of technological consulting and training, to find the level of deficiency that is presented in the administrative area. The theme is based on the application of the procedures and processes manual for the administrative area of the training company, in this way guaranteeing a good management of the management processes. The content of this investigation is made up of chapters. Chapter I, is composed of the approach of the problem, justification and objectives. While chapter II includes the referential framework based on the theoretical bases, attaching the contextual, conceptual and legal framework, chapter III is based on the methodological part of the research and results, in chapter VI the proposal is developed.
