Marco de análisis y desarrollo institucional (ADI) aplicado al Emprendimiento Social: de la Asociación Agro productores Girón, periodo 2019
Abstract:
Throughout history, man has gone through times of overcoming and changes in his environment. Today, society is changing rapidly, thus having, as problematic, the phenomena of unemployment and exclusion, which are becoming increasingly worrying. Faced with this situation, self-employment begins to be seen as a solution, that is, the creation of one's own job. From this, social entrepreneurship has gained greater importance for our society, because it provides sustainability to organizations and improves the quality of life of a group of people. With this situation, in Ecuador, in the 2008 Constitution, new institutional conditions focused on the guarantee of rights are consolidated, for which, the role of the state is recovered and strengthened in order to deepen the participatory democratic regime, which added to the social and solidarity social-economic development model allowed transformations that have facilitated the emergence of an association, cooperative and community organization. That is why the objective of this research is to analyze agricultural social entrepreneurship in the province of Azuay, through the case study, in which the tools of the Institutional Development Analysis Framework (ADI) were used for “The Agro Producers Girón Association" The present research was developed from an integral methodology perspective (quantitative, qualitative and participatory) that allowed to apply instruments such as poll card for frequency tables making, interview guides to deepen about information and socialization workshop to all association members and its representative. Once processed data through SPSS tool, it can have a general vision about the entrepreneurship. The conclusion was that Association was affected by agents as lack of financial resources and null knowledge about Achira sowing; Nevertheless, because group work and decision taking by whole, it has allowed to be recognized as a successful social entrepreneurship, that, although it has limited economic resources, it has cultural, social and environmental benefits.
