Marketing plan for the positioning of the food circuits of the citizen fair; program of the Popular Economy and Solidarity Institute of the Province of Bolívar


Abstract:

The research work was carried out in the city of Guaranda, province of Bolívar, taking into account the current development and strong competition from local markets; it was diagnosed that in the aforementioned city, there is a large percentage of inhabitants with no knowledge of the existence of the Citizen Fair within the markets, as well as the problems presented by our country and specifically in the province of Bolivar, to generate positioning and increase of our food products. For the collection of information, we conducted face-to-face interviews with the people who come to the markets, especially housewives, since they provide real information about the purchases of food products.
