Marketing strategies to position the air fumigation company in the canton Buena FE


Abstract:

Currently there are new ways to lead markets and position companies in the country being economically profitable and responsible to society positively employing marketing strategies that are essential to market services or products being competitive in the field they operate; Ecuador is purely agricultural and its banana crops are vulnerable to infestations since most of them are grown in tropical environments, favoring the conditions for pests where professionals and managers are obliged to provide solutions and treatment to this specific and important area to meet business expectations and make it known in the country, giving rise to the scientific problem: How to contribute from the professional training of business administration engineers to the positioning in the aerial spraying market of the company AGROBUENAFE in Ecuador? The objective was to develop a strategic plan for the positioning of the company in the province of Los Ríos. Different methods were used in the research, such as inductive, deductive, analytical, and synthetic in the theoretical and technical aspects, the survey and the functional structural systemic method were applied to propose strategies. A situational diagnosis was carried out with the analysis of the SWOT matrix.
