Medición del estado actual de la comunicación interna en corporación fortaleza del valle como contribución a la toma de decisiones gerenciales


Abstract:

The objective of this research was the measurement of the current state of Internal Communication in the Fortaleza del Valle corporation and its contribution to management decision making. It was based on three methodological phases, the characterization of the elements of the communication, diagnose the current state of the different elements of the internal communication process and finally propose an improvement plan related to the elements that show insufficient behavior in the communication process internal. In the first phase we proceeded to collect information related to all elements of the Communication process in the corporation under study. In the second one, it began with the elaboration of a questionnaire with questions related to indicators that allowed to measure the process of Internal Communication, in addition an interview guide was elaborated that was focused to the managers to determine under their perspectives what situation they manifest the elements of the process Communication. In the third phase, a proposal was made for a plan of actions to contribute to improvements in the Internal Communication process that have shown unfavorable results in the measurement. It was concluded that the evaluation of the Internal Communication in the corporation reflected a value of 7.78 out of a maximum of 10, resulting in the indicators with the highest negative impact based on the score obtained: control of communication barriers; use of technical means for communication with result of; facilities for reception of communicative message and feedback of the communicative process.
