Mejora de la productividad del área de circulación en C.A. El Universo.

Abstract:

The present thesis has been accomplished in order to eliminate the existing problems in the area before mentioned, what will permit that there is a greater flow of the process and cause that improve the environmental work conditions of the persons that accomplish the inserts; at the same time that it will be able to improve the productivity and to have a greater efficiency of the section that will reduce the current costs. The problems identified as are the wrong plant distribution, the bottle neck in a tie line, the agglomeration of the personal and the bundles dispatch with little control; diminish the productivity in the work tables what produces losses of the 47.27% in the weekend days as are on Saturdays and Sundays. The caused losses result of the quantity of copies by hour that they can be inserted and are not accomplished by the wrong design of the process. To solve the raised problems are outlined the following solutions as the bkp_redistribution of the work and balancing space of lines, the creation of groups of work, the simultaneous dispatch in all the tie lines and the bundles codification; for something which will have to be contracted operative personnel that will accomplish the modifications of the area; furthermore, have will acquired tables, push-carts and input that will have a total cost of 17244 dollars, value that it will have to be disbursed in the first year of operations of the implementation of the proposal. The investment will be accomplished 50% with amounts of the company and the remainder with a cbkp_redit financed at an interest rate of the 9% annual. The outlined solutions save 11648 annual dollars, the internal return rate is of the 28.12% and the recovery of the investment will be obtained in the tenth month of the first year from operations from the implementation from the proposal; therefore it results feasible the implementation from the presented solutions.
