Mejoras en el sistema de inventario de una empresa comercial

Abstract:

Abstract This work shows the inventory management in the commercial company in which we will verify the way in which they are being carried in order to know the import of having the merchandise classified correctly, thus achieving a good distribution of these. The basis of every commercial company is the purchase and sale of goods, of which the import of inventory management by having a better rotation of the same we will have less losses of Mercedarian and a more stable company. Through the following work, the ABC system and the way in which inventories are going to be classified will be made known through training of the personnel in charge and constant guidance according to the established improvements.
