Methodological strategy for the gender perspective mainstreaming in human resources management process
Abstract:
In the transforming process of power relations and impact on gender stereotypes effectively, universities look for alternatives to contribute to the gender mainstreaming in human resources management, that's why it is presented in this paper a methodological strategy referred to this topic. During the developing of research process, following phases were done: the literature review, the diagnostics at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, in Aragua state, which shows that there are elements that limit the women performance, such as: lack of leadership, low self-esteem, organizational environment, among others. The proposal is divided into five parts-general objective, object, responsibility, phases and suggestions-which is validated by Expert Method, version pairwise comparison, whose opinions agree that the methodological strategy can contribute for the solution of the existing problem.
