Methodology for determining the strategic direction of hotel entities.
Abstract:
This paper proposes a strategic planning methodology for hotel businesses, which involves various techniques such as group problem solving, development meetings, brainstorming, and scenario analysis. The steps in this planning methodology are discussed, and results are presented from an application of the methodology in a hotel in Cuba.
