Methodology for the elaboration of the strategic planning of the university accreditation in Ecuador

Abstract:

We carried out a study about the managerial role that university authorities in Ecuador should play in strategic planning based on the accreditation process they must assume to certify their careers, faculties and the institution as such. Main actions to follow in this complex process. It was necessary to carry out an analysis of the main factors that influence the accreditation of university education in its different dimensions, and thus outline the steps of the strategy to follow.
