Microscopic model for 2D relaxor ferroelectric materials
Abstract:
We propose a microscopic computational model for two dimensional relaxor ferroelectric materials, in contrast to the mesoscopic models that have been developed in the past years. We test it using simulations to try to replicate the experimentally observed hysteresis loops. We also calculate the distribution of the sizes of the nano regions created in the materials.
