Migration: As a vulnerable social phenomenon and safeguard of human rights
Abstract:
The social phenomenon "Migration", today occupies very attractive scenarios for its disquisition. In this sense, this study is conditioned with the postulates of contemporary authors to analyze the dynamics of migration, in addition, to describe the accompaniment of international instruments or organizations for the protection of the immigrants population, who are vulnerable to economic, social, and social contexts. political, cultural, in transit and arrival in the countries that receive them. The respective article is oriented from a documentary, descriptive and analytical methodological perspective, addressing certain considerations related to the issue of migration. Finding that large-scale migration flows have meant complex challenges for receiving states, nationals and migrant states, where the defense of human rights in all areas must prevail. In conclusion we have that in the face of the gigantic migratory bulge, these States are forced to address constant readjustments to their public policies, accepting certain recommendations of international law, committed to trigger equal treatment of this vulnerable population immersed in the search for economic, social opportunities and security, protected by democratic principles such as freedom, equity and social equality.
