Model of application of the organic law of citizen participation in decentralized autonomous governments

Abstract:

Research work on effective implementation of the organic law of citizen participation in decentralized autonomous governments: case of decentralized autonomous government of the canton Jipijapa (Ecuador). The problem: deficiency in the application of the organic law of citizen participation of the decentralized autonomous governments and its incidence in the socialization of execution of works for the community. The theoretical foundation based on: Organic code of territorial organization autonomy and decentralization, national plan of good living, decentralized autonomous governments and citizen participation.
