Model to develop reflective pre-professional practices in the training of teachers for basic education


Abstract:

The improvement of the initial teacher training is a fundamental priority in Ecuador, however it is necessary to improve the pre-professional practice which must lead to systemic processes contributing to the significant construction of knowledge, development of skills, abilities, abilities, attitudes and performance, configuring the professional profile of the future teacher. The article shows the results of an explanatory descriptive research that proposes a model that promotes teacher reflection from the development of pedagogical preprofessional practice.
