Abstract:

Considering the current legal framework, higher education institutions, with the intention of automating processes, integrating, and standardizing information, have implemented systems that access different data sources, which sometimes results in a multiplicity of databases that are difficult to sync and operate. In this context, a flexible data model is proposed that supports the modules of an integrated information system where the different management processes interact, and which allows the generation of information to help decision-making and improve the actions of the organization.
