Modelo de gestión administrativo y financiero para los sistemas comunales de radiocomunicación con el propósito de la mejora de procesos en la empresa MYK Comunicaciones

Abstract:

MYK Comunications, a company that started its activities at the beginning of the year 2000 that manages different activities in its business, on which the model is based are the Communal Systems, for its empirical creation, knowing technical part but mainly of sales of radio communication equipment, has had problems in its processes in this activity, in the following administrative and financial management model for Community Radiocommunication Systems in the company, in order to improve the processes that have problems, where management, control problems are denoted , evaluation of this activity, with the survey carried out everyone had an empirical knowledge, of time experience in this activity but there is no model or manual of how to carry out this activity in a better way, or something that leads to having a guide, the model of the processes facilitates the proper management, as well as its control of the Communal Systems, in its three areas that are involved like administrative, financial, technical, with the possibility of the evaluation and continue with improvements in the model, in addition to being able to notify the ARCOTEL how the Community Radiocommunication System is managed and to know how it is the management in companies that are small, not like other services such as telephone, Internet, and you do not have the same earnings, and therefore you cannot put the same fines.
