Modelo de gestión en la logística paraincrementar la productividad de la empresa Burgja S.A.

Abstract:

The company Burgja SA, is dedicated to the incubation of eggs, a place where the investigation of its logistics procedures is carried out, which has shown shortcomings during the delivery of the product that is delivered at the wrong time and in quantities smaller than those requested due to poor handling of the product in containers and temperature, for this reason the general objective was determined "To develop a logistics management model that allows increasing the productivity of the company". The applied methodology was mixed, that is, qualitative and quantitative, which allowed through the application of techniques and instruments such as the questionnaire, interview and survey to know the current situation of the company, in addition, it was considered to apply an evaluation through logistics indicators that showed the affectation in the processes, SWOT analysis and analysis through the Dupont method as it allowed to know the current performance of the company, which were improved through a management model that detailed the internal and external logistics procedures. Finally, it was possible to identify that it is necessaryfor the company to apply a procedure based on the supply chain as it allows it to improve through its internal processes, starting from the suppliers to its subsequent distribution
