Modelo de gestión para la administración de talento humano de la “Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pedro Moncayo Ltda.”, cantón Pedro Moncayo, Provincia de Pichincha
Abstract:
Talent Management inside the companies is the activity that enables effective collaboration of staff to achieve the goals and objectives. In few words, a company cannot reach its full level of competition if the team is not competent. Therefore whenever the opportunity arises, it is necessary to train, develop and motivate the human group considering the basic steps to ensure that the staff is the most qualified in their area and functions. Human Resource department is responsible for managing in an appropriate way to make it possible in order to meet the objectives, rather than a single department responsible for recruitment, selection and replacement of staff. This draft presents the results of a research conducted in order to determine the current problem "Management model for the Human Resource Management" focused on developing viable solutions addressed to improve and guide the Department of Human Resource Cooperative Savings and Cbkp_redit LTDA Pedro Moncayo, in its recruitment processes so that staff would be qualified. So through the Cooperative workers, the institution could achieve its goals and can develop a staff with capacity to face the challenges of these days and fulfill their responsibilities to guarantee and meet the needs of the institution and its customers
