Abstract:

INTRODUCTION. Guayaquil deserves to be another metropolis in the world, the lighting of buildings with messages, photos, figures and other expressions of the graphic that already appear on special occasions can be accompanied by advertisements, creating a focused and interesting impact, through Mapping technology, which They are nothing more than a group of projectors that illuminate with their led lights, guided by laser beams, fantastic natural and digital scenes, stealing the eyes of passersby. TARGET. Design a Lean Canvas business model for the mapping advertising company in the city of Guayaquil in 2021. METHODOLOGY. The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and with a mixed approach, with a survey of 384 people. RESULTS. It was found that the people of Guayaquil do see the advertising of the billboards, but they believe that they are monotonous and that they would attend lighting events on the Malecón mainly. CONCLUSION. It was concluded that a Canvas model demonstrates how to run this advertising and entertainment business
