Modelo de negocios para formalizar la empresa Sirena de Cristal en la ciudad de Guayaquil año 2020

Abstract:

The purpose of this degree project is to propose the regularization of the informal venture Sirena de cristal, as well as the implementation of a business model to develop and commercialize jewelry accessories in the city of Guayaquil. The methodological framework that was used to know the current situation of the market and its consumers were research techniques, a survey directed at the inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil, a focus group and interviews with experts in transition to formality, business models and the public in general. To make this business model feasible, all necessary research was carried out. Therefore, the results of the methodology were used in the proposal of the model canvas with their respective components: customer segments, value proposition, distribution channels, customer relationship, revenue sources, resources key activities, key partners and cost structure. The proposed feasibility study will range from a micro-economic study of the project to the preparation of projected financial statements in order to obtain indicators such as the NPV (Net Present Value) and the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) that will serve for the analysis of the project. , these indicators being the basis for decision making.The methodological framework used to know the current situation of the market and its consumers were research techniques, survey of inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil, focus group and interviews with experts in transition to formality and models of Business.
