Análisis de las fuentes y redacción de la Historia de la Comunicación Social de la provincia de Pichincha en el período 1925-1944

Abstract:

This work permits to write of a detail way the history of Communication impressed of the Pichincha province in the period since 1925 until 1944. For this work, its began doing a review of newspapers and magazines appeared in those years, first of all I went to the primary sources and I determined the type of press that was appearing in each government and historic moment. Therefore, this work to collect those stages too. The Press and Magazines were instable as their governments and their scant duration. The most important governments were: The Isidro Ayora government (1926-1931) and the government of Alberto Arroyo del Rio (1939-1944), Who had reflected on the press and magazines marked positions towards the Conservatism or Socialism. The press that characterizes to this period was the literary with magazines of big reach and manage of an excellent redaction; the socialism and worker press; the Catholic and Antimazonic press; and finally; the Partisan press in favor or against of any government. Since an ethicalor deontogical point of view, the press was very ideologist, in other words, its emits the thought of redactor or writer and doesn’t an informative press like it is in the present time.
