Modelo de reclutamiento y selección de talento humano para empresas desarrolladora de Software


Abstract:

This study is carried out to analyze the current situation presented by the companies dedicated to software and outsourcing services when recruiting personnel, to verify the feasibility of the model was taken to the company SERSOFT SA, from the city of Guayaquil, for 2017 the company was affected due to the empirical process of recruitment and selection of personnel that perform, the purpose of this project is to provide an alternative solution to the problem. Its purpose is based on improving the way of recruiting personnel, creating profiles based on competencies for each required position, decreasing the unnecessary expense of resources, and implementing computer resources for the streamlining and efficiency of the current empirical process that SERSOFT SA has, based on a model by competencies, first the current situation of the company will be analyzed, second, the requirements and needs of the same will be identified with respect to the selection and recruitment of personnel, and finally, through the proposal, the theoretical model will be adapted to the requirements and needs of SERSOFT. Analyzing the costs that it generates and if it is beneficial for the company to apply it, that is, that it can provide an efficient solution for the company.
