Modelo de un BPM para el proceso de producción haciendo uso de industrias 4.0 en la Empresa Soluempaques S.A.

Abstract:

The current degree work aims to design a BPM model for the production process using industries 4.0 in the company Soluempaques S.A., in order to optimize the packaging area through systematization and automation. A system is requerid to manage and monitor this area, ensuring compliance with business rules, working hand in hand with autonomous machines that allow improving productivity and product quality. The research was carried out through interviews and data collection, which allowed evaluating and identifying the needs required by the organization. That is why, an analysis could be carried out that allows identifying the essential points for the increase in its profitability, since it seeks to promote its position in the commercial industry. Finally, results were obtained in the reduction of costs and time through mathematical calculations and graphics that testify to the feasibility of the proposed proposal.
