Análisis de las herramientas administrativas - financieras para la toma de decisiones a corto plazo y aplicación en la empresa de producción Panadería “DON PAN” del cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay, 2014

Abstract:

This work is aimed to analyze and apply basic administrative and financial decisions for the short term in the bakery company "DON PAN" of the city of Cuenca, Azuay Province, during the period 2014 tools. The goal is to distinguish the current administrative trends, examine the administrative and financial tools and perform situational analysis of the company. This work was done using a methodology descriptive and quantitative type. The validation of information is carried out by categorizing it possible to establish direct sources needs to have a medium sized company. This study covers the overall analysis of the situation of the company "DON PAN", starting with its current status and reviewing its mission and vision, Chapter I information on the theoretical framework is presented, currents of thought on the subject presented , Chapter II describes the reality of the company "DON PAN", the environment in which it develops, its objectives, goals, productive perspective and image; Finally, in chapter III, it is emphasized in the production process, and the application of administrative and financial tools; finally the recommendations and conclusions for the company "DON PAN" accretive production efficiency are issued.
