Modelo pedagógico y prácticas aulicas en segundo nivel de inicial 2 en un centro de desarrollo infantil ubicado en el Sur de Quito


Abstract:

This paper deals with a case analysis of the pedagogical model and classroom practices in the second level of pre-school two in a child development center located in the south of Quito. The purpose of the study is to analyze how the pedagogical model proposed in the PEI of a child development center found in the south of Quito is concretized in the classroom practices of the second level of early education, because the application of pedagogical models plays a key role when planning and executing classroom practices. Despite this, within the establishment where the problem was evidenced, there was no coherence between the pedagogical model proposed in the PEI and the classroom practices. The method used in this work was qualitative, which allowed me to collect data through various instruments such as field diaries, interviews, and observation sheets. The final analysis reflects that the pedagogical model proposed in the PEI of the children's center does not materialize in classroom practices, as the constructivist model is mentioned and, in the end, a traditional classroom practice is conducted.
