Análisis de las herramientas administrativas financieras para la toma de decisiones a corto plazo y aplicación en la empresa de producción Fernanda´s de la ciudad de Ibarra, 2014

Abstract:

The main objective of the investigation is so much the delivery of outstanding and opportune information that serves as support in the taking of decisions administrative and countable, that which determines the good one to bad operation of the company. The focus that was used is to know or to give an idea of the weak points of the company and this way to be able to transform them into strengths and opportunities, improving the acting of its administrative and commercial activities. As a result the best alternative is observed to the taking of decisions that he/she is proposed to the company to improve its production, giving to know the excellent quality from the product to the market. The present investigation allows to conclude that at the present time it is had tools that guide and they facilitate the work so much administrative as financial, if it is applied tools like the balance point, marginal analysis and relate of the cost-volume-utility, the panorama will be clearer and the results of this analysis will show which is the option that will allow to optimize resources and to elevate percentages of utility
