Monitoring system and security for public transport by taxi

Abstract:

This article presents the proposal of a functional black box prototype for use in public transportation service, vehicles that perform in the conventional taxi mode. This system is responsible for collecting information related to the behavior of the vehicle such as location, speed, video of the environment along with other information produced during their daily travel, providing data to help clarify different incidents that may be caused. Additionally, this proposal includes a system capable of aiding the driver in case of being a victim of an assault, providing elements that can be useful to protect drivers and their work setting.
