Método de Labrada aplicado a desarrollar un modelo organizacional: Caso Empresa Familiar Centro Diesel; año 2017


Abstract:

This end-of-degree project has as final proposal the creation of an organizational model for the commercial enterprise Centro Diesel, based on the study of an organizational model that already exists, as well as the study of the current situation of the enterprise enabling to propose a model that will bring efficiency, sustainable and adaptable to the new necessities of the business of today. This organizational model will allow to cover all the needs that the company and its customers will have, always looking forward to the satisfaction of their customers. Prior to perform this new organizational model a diagnosis study has been made about the current organizational performance, which eases the identification of deficiencies as well as factors that contribute to efficiency, to be used for the benefit of the company. With the analysis and description of the different models and according to the results of the diagnosis, it is proposed to the institution the Labrada Sosa’s organizational model that is considered the most suitable to Centro Diesel since it suggests that good internal organization, identification of work, detection of internal, external factors and diversification into the future will affect positively to the performance of the enterprise.
